When the blood is flowed against the walls of blood vessel, blood pressure occurs. It is also known as the calculation of the force of blood that was pushed in opposition to the blood vessel. The duty of the heart is to drive the blood into the blood vessels. These blood vessels then transfer the blood through the entire body. When several changes occur in the system of blood flow, hypertension takes place. Hypertension is a delicate event that leaves heavy load over the heart. In the state of high blood pressure, the heart speeds with double effort to deliver the blood in the entire body. If the disease is not treated medically, it can lead to a heart attack.

There are diseases that do occur no matter how much medications you take. The cause of such diseases is genes. A lot of people had forefathers who were suffering from different diseases at the time of reproduction.  The fragments of those diseases travel through sperm and attack every newly born body. Hypertension is also one of those diseases that occur from genes. People also belong to those families who experienced serious mutation in the past. Once mutation takes place, it starts settling the roots in the body and continues spreading the routes in the form of numerous diseases like high blood pressure and fever as long as the reproduction is in process.

Sometimes entertainment and amusement build a firm position in peoples’ mind. Individuals totally skip the precautions of what to drink or what not to drink at the age of adultery. Once a family occasion is organized, usage of alcohol takes place in a high percentage. From such events, people start getting addicted to alcohol. Consumption of more than two drinks is carried out on a daily basis. Such vicious hobbies lead the person towards the permanent influence of high blood pressure. Research says that drinking alcohol everyday can make your heart weaker. As a result, you body starts facing disorders and malfunctions that can only be treated by medical aids if discovered early.

Your body requires a permanent flow of blood to be in an active condition. This blood flow only works with continuity if the body is in motion. Once the routine of physical movements comes to a full stop, every organism inside your body slowly starts coming to rest, due to which your heart happens to be pushing blood with difficulty. In the end when the heart runs out of energy, heart attack takes place.
